What does the Super Follow button actually do?
Every hotel hub carries one, on every plan. A guest who Super Follows the hotel there is following its address, not an account inside a platform — so the relationship stays with the hotel, across every channel you add to it. Pro adds private links for the people on that list, and Premium lets you post updates to it. How Super Follow works.
Is it billed monthly or yearly?
Prices are shown per month but billed annually, one year at a time. On Pro and Premium the hotel’s own address, yourhotel.hotels.best, comes with the plan.
What is the difference between the two addresses?
hotels.best/yourname is a page on hotels.best, free forever. yourhotel.hotels.best is the hotel’s own address on it, from Pro: shorter to say, and it reads as the hotel’s page rather than one of ours.
What happens to our hub if we leave?
Starter is free forever, so the hub always has a home at hotels.best/yourname.
Will the price change?
One standard price for standard names, published, with generous advance notice of any change. That is a commitment we make across every namespace we run.
