Complementing an all new tasting menu showcasing the very best of Australian produce, is now delivering two signature showstopper dishes.1/2 Western Australian Rock Lobster, served with bisque and caviar, both ingredients adding to the lobster's already sweet and rich flavour.Westholme Full-Blood Wagyu Scotch Fillet 9+, lightly grilled on the hibachi. The ultimate in luxury beef, its fine marbling produces an intensely sweet, buttery and delicate flavour.Dinner is available nightly from 6pm, bookings required.Doot Doot Doot is also hosting Christmas lunch and dinner. $220 per person, includes a glass of champagne and 11 dishes over three courses.
